David Fearheller owns Fearheller Advisors (www.FearhellerAdvisors.com) which provides part time and interim CFO and Controller services.
David has over three decades of experience working as a Certified Public Accountant, investment banker and business owner. He has held positions as CFO and Controller for a variety of business entities, which included the co-founding, and management of a personnel-staffing company.
After obtaining his MBA in finance and accounting, David began his career in public accounting working in both the audit and consulting divisions of the firm. He also gained experience in the tax division preparing corporate and personal tax returns. His clients included the former McDonnell Douglas Company (now part of the Boeing Company), Elkay Manufacturing Company (one of the country’s largest plumbing fixture manufacturers) and the Hyatt Corporation.
After several years he transitioned into investment banking where he directed a variety of capital funding projects. These projects included the development of publicly offered real estate and oil and gas partnerships, both public and private equity and debt offerings, business combinations, and other financial advisory services. His work also encompassed pioneering efforts in the development of over one billion dollars in financing for several of the nation’s prominent hospitals.
This experience led him to co-found a nationwide personnel staffing company in which he served as COO/CFO providing financial services personnel to such clients as Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, Cushman and Wakefield, Americredit, and other major U.S. corporations.
Subsequent to selling his interest in Discovery Staffing, he worked as an interim CFO/Controller for a variety of businesses such as a medical imaging company, a residential green homebuilder, and a nationwide nurse staffing company, among others.

3. Co-founder of personnel-staffing company that grew to 14 offices nationwide within its’ first 12 months of operations, and to an annualized revenue run rate of $20M
4. Over 15 years as an investment banker with firms such as Morgan Stanley; successfully managed over $1.5B in projects, including private and public offerings of equity and debt, IPOs, venture capital investments, real estate partnerships, private equity buy-outs, and business combinations

David has been an avid tennis player all his life, having played competitively for many years. He is a past member of Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and more recently at the Marin Tennis Club. He took a gold medal in the Maccabean Games in Israel. David was an All American basketball player, which won him a four-year scholarship to Southern Methodist University.
David brings the same expert skill and determination he has used to pursue sports and education to all of his business endeavors.
