Garrett has more than two decades of business experience in the human resources and financial services industries.

Most recently, Garrett was a Change Implementation consultant in the Human Resource Delivery Solutions practice in Towers Perrin’s San Francisco office. In his six years with the firm, he worked with clients in the scientific research, financial services, banking, consumer services and aerospace industries. His background includes experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Kadiri TotalComp, Authoria Employee Advisor, Authoria Performance Advisor, Authoria Compensation Advisor, HR process redesign, and HR service delivery strategy and implementation.

Before joining Towers Perrin, Garrett worked in the insurance industry for six years in the areas of property and casualty, accident, life and health, and employee benefits.

Garrett has a B.A. (cum laude) in Psychology from the State University of New York and an M.B.A., with a concentration in human resources and human resource information systems, from the University at Albany.
