Descriptions of specific engagements:

  1. Endorphin Advisors created a new business plan which was used by a specialty food manufacturer to secure a $1.8 million purchase order from one of the largest nutrition companies in the US.
  2. Manage an email marketing campaign, includes all elements of the email, web and social media components, including content and writing of emails.
  3. Proposed, negotiated and secured $350,000 in cash financing for a client from a key vendor.
  4. Proposed, developed, set-up and managed a social media campaign for a chamber of commerce. This included setting up the web resources needed to conduct campaign and producing all video marketing content for campaign.
  5. We helped a register tape advertising business formulate a strategy for developing a new relationship with a particular regional specialty grocery store chain, and then helped them propose, negotiate and close the significant new deal with the eight-store chain.
  6. We created powerful, easy-to-use cost models for an advertising business to help it get a clear picture of the costs and pricing for particular clients. These were also re-purposed to calculate profitability-based compensation plans for its sales reps.
  7. We created, conducted and managed a publicity and communications campaign for a distribution firm. This included reporting and communicating newsworthy developments at the firm, writing news releases and communicating these via an email campaign and web marketing campaign.
  8. We also created cost models for a locksmith business, to help the owner better visualize the costs associated with hiring additional staff and service vehicles and the revenues required to support this growth in capacity.
  9. We helped a manufacturer’s representative propose, negotiate and secure multiple new representation contracts with name-brand manufacturers.
  10. We created a new approach to hiring sales representatives which included creating new job descriptions, developing an application, interview and selection process and creating a completely new hiring manual to help hiring manager cover information about the company, industry, job responsibilities, sales territories and quotas, training plan and potential financial rewards for successful sales reps.
  11. For a professional services organization, we built a wordpress web site and implemented a SEO (search engine optimization) program and a PPC (Pay-per-click) online advertising program.
  12. Developed an entirely new, comprehensive business and marketing plan for a specialty healthcare clinic. This plan was used to market and present the business to potential buyers resulting in a successful sale of the business.
  13. Created and directed a new email marketing campaign strategy for an engineering firm. Included identifying key messages, developing monthly emails for all targeted groups, writing content, maintaining a tracking calendar, and cataloging monthly campaign results.
  14. For an interior design firm, we developed a strategy to expand its production capabilities and project revenue needs and costs for this increase in production capacity.
  15. We created from the ground up a new educational tutoring service targeting children with dyslexia.
