President and CEO
Erik is a corporate-trained business consultant and recognized expert in email and digital marketing. With 3+ decades of experience in financial services, management consulting and start-ups, he has provided strategic and digital marketing to clients nationwide. He has taught 300+ seminars/webinars on digital marketing.
Erik earned a B.A. in English from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY and an M.B.A. from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder, CO. Connect with Erik on LinkedIn.

Digital Marketing Manager
Erin specializes in marketing strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, content development, digital marketing, marketing technology and helping people navigate the world of digital marketing. Erin’s responsibilities include frequently communicating with clients, content creation, and assisting clients with the development of new campaigns.
Erin graduated in 2019 from Siena College with a B.S. in Marketing, with a concentration in digital marketing and marketing communications. She is continuing her education at Siena by pursuing her MBA, with concentrations in Business Analytics and Marketing. Erin plans to utilize her numerous marketing and public relations skills to help reach as many consumers as possible and find the right fit for her clients. Erin is also a published author. Her thesis was published in the International Journal of Business and Social Science. Erin’s main hobby is playing with her dog, Carly.
Chief Financial Officer
Management responsibility for all financial, accounting, tax, human resources and other strategic planning areas of Endorphin Advisors LLC. Now based in Southern California, David has had a strategic relationship with the firm since 2008.
David is a Certified Public Accountant and started his career at Ernst & Young. He is a Corporate Finance Professional with a track record for development of successful public debt offerings, direct equity and debt placements, IPOs, M&A, including SEC reporting.
Branding & Graphic Design
Brian has brought to life the visions of those in the public, entertainment, cooking, business, education and additional industries. His experience has spanned clientele including those local to national with subjects including technology, consumer products, healthcare and international business.
Brian has had decades of experience defining and perfecting the use of many mediums. These have included video, print, web, online and offline presentation and brand identity.
He graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a B.S. in Graphic Design.
Graphic & Web Design
Design and development services include: marketing collateral design, web/WordPress design and development, design and production of corporate identity, PowerPoint presentations and templates, trade show materials, environmental graphics, signage, books and eBooks, white papers, magazines, and point-of-purchase displays and signage.
Software expertise includes: InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Acrobat, CSS, HTML, WPML (multilingual WordPress), WooCommerce, Hubspot, Adobe Presenter, iSpring Presenter, Constant Contact. Sharon is based in NYC.
Professional Writer & Copy Editor
Donna is an experienced, professional writer and copy editor.
Her skills include: Copy edition, content writing (web content, ebook, etc.), blogging, social media management, ghostwriting, proofreading, web content management, content/social media design and development, editorial consulting, website writing and marketing. Donna is based in Virginia.
Videographer/Director of Photography
Adam Muro is a videographer/director of photography based in Albany, NY. He specializes in cinematic documentary style productions, music videos and narrative shorts.
Adam studied music education at The College of St. Rose, and is a jazz and classically trained saxophonist with performances at Mountain Jam, Farm Aid, and SXSW. He has been producing video professionally for the past 5 years both independently and with the New York State Legislature.
Head of Security & Snacks
Norway is our head of security and snacks.
Her skills include: eating snacks, finding snacks, jumping on people and sleeping. She doesn't really do much to help our clients, but she's entertaining and lovable. In her spare time, she's studying marketing automation and CRM. Norway is based in the Albany area.

Our approach always starts with the goals of a business. What is the vision of the business owner? Where would they like to see the business in the next five years or so? From this vision, we help clarify strategic direction and initiatives. We also look at the resources needed – from capital to talent to strategic partners – and the financial model of the business. What needs and opportunities do we see and how will we secure necessary resources? Then we look at the marketing model of the business. Who are the customers and what are the products or services on offer? What is the competitive situation, and barriers to entry in the market place? These are the kinds of things we think about with our clients, and then we roll up our sleeves and get to work doing what needs to be done.

We have helped clients negotiate and win significant partnership deals, including vendor relationships, distribution relationships, representative relationships, etc. We have also helped strategize and negotiate significant financing arrangements on several occasions from a variety of financing sources, including vendors, investors, banks and financing firms. As our name indicates, we are professional business advisors and we advise clients on business development deals and partnerships which have resulted in significant financing, distribution and orders worth millions of dollars.
As our original tagline says, we “help businesses take big, bold steps.” By this we mean that we help businesses that want to expand, or who are struggling to generate increasing revenues, by developing, implementing and managing innovative, effective strategies to help them achieve just that. Perhaps more importantly, we help business owners and executives get out of their own day-to-day routines and help them really think about their business and where they want to take it. What type of help are businesses generally looking for when they engage Endorphin Advisors?
There are several situations in which we can be helpful. First, the Internet is providing tremendous opportunities for companies to increase their brand awareness, engage with customers and to drive new sales. However, for many organizations, taking advantage of these opportunities provides a challenge. This is an area in which we have been successful as we are knowledgeable about creating strategies using a variety of marketing technologies, and we enjoy working with a wide range of new marketing technologies.
Another area is in helping companies prepare themselves to be sold. Endorphin Advisors enjoyed the M&A environment prior to the 2008-2009 credit crunch, where we helped companies prepare for sale. Once the firms were truly ready to be sold, at a desirable valuation, their M&A specialist took over and sold the businesses. (Endorphin Advisors does not get involved in the deal activities of M&A specialists, investment bankers or business brokers. We are partners with these individuals and firms in preparing their clients to be sold). Additionally, we often help businesses develop, implement and manage business development and marketing strategies to drive more sales, build partnerships and alliances, and increase their operating capacity and capabilities to handle increased sales.
When a business comes to you and says they need help growing, what is your approach and what services do you provide to such a client?
We have the specialized expertise and resources to develop, implement and manage all elements of full-scale, creative web marketing strategies and campaigns. From web marketing strategy to content development to inbound marketing to search engine optimization (SEO). We build the tools, write the content and analyze and interpret the results.
