Erik is a corporate-trained business consultant and recognized expert in email and digital marketing. With 3+ decades of experience in financial services, management consulting and start-ups, he has provided strategic and digital marketing to clients nationwide, especially with professional services/IT, distributors, contractors and non-profits.
As a professional speaker, he has taught 300+ classes on digital marketing. Erik is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at The College of Saint Rose.
Erik earned a B.A. in English from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY and an M.B.A. from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder, CO.

Hailey Wood

Hailey is an experienced digital marketer, focused on website design, local SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, and other marketing tools that help clients expand their online marketing capabilities. Hailey’s responsibilities include designing websites, creating content, managing client websites, and developing, managing digital advertising campaigns.
Hailey graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She took Erik’s digital marketing course at The College of Saint Rose and knew this was what she wanted to do. She is passionate about continuing to learn and broaden her digital marketing skills.
David Fearheller

Management responsibility for all financial, accounting, tax, human resources and other strategic planning areas of Endorphin Advisors LLC. Now based in Southern California, David has had a strategic relationship with the firm since 2008.
David is a Certified Public Accountant and started his career at Ernst & Young. He is a Corporate Finance Professional with a track record for development of successful public debt offerings, direct equity and debt placements, IPOs, M&A, including SEC reporting.
Brian Mertik
Branding & Graphic Design
Brian has brought to life the visions of those in the public, entertainment, cooking, business, education and additional industries. His experience has spanned clientele including those local to national with subjects including technology, consumer products, healthcare and international business.
Brian has had decades of experience defining and perfecting the use of many mediums. These have included video, print, web, online and offline presentation and brand identity.
He graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a B.S. in Graphic Design.

Design and development services include: marketing collateral design, web/WordPress design and development, design and production of corporate identity, PowerPoint presentations and templates, trade show materials, environmental graphics, signage, books and eBooks, white papers, magazines, and point-of-purchase displays and signage.
