Is there a good balance of images & video? (hint: people don’t like to read too much text)
Are you seeing favorable trends in your website visitor data? (hint: see your Google Analytics account for this information)

Average Session Duration
Average session duration refers to the amount of time visitors are spending while visiting your website. Clearly, we would like visitors to stay and visit many pages, producing a high session duration. If you are seeing short average duration (i.e. 30 seconds or less), you should consider making some changes to your website. Check your website analytics to see which pages and blog posts have higher session times (indicating higher interest from your audience), and consider producing more content on similar topics.
New & Returning Website Visitors
Obviously, we would like the highest levels (and increasing numbers) of page views and visitors as possible. However, while new visitors are great, pay attention to returning visitors. Lots of returning visitors shows that you are an interesting organization giving visitors useful information. On the other hand, if you have few returning visitors, you will need to work harder to produce information that is of real value and interest to your particular audience.
